Salima co-founded Data Agility Group (DAG) in 2007. She, along with the other senior officers of DAG, established the Vision, Core Values, and Principles of DAG. Her leadership and talent for making rapid assessments of diverse situational challenges has provided the focus for her multi-functional role with DAG. Salima oversees the business operations and management of key functions for DAG including human resources, strategic planning, resource acquisition, finance, and engineering.
Prior to Data Agility Group, Salima worked with Legality, Inc. where she had responsibility for several marketing functions. She specialized in the creation of strategic and operations materials for their core operations. Salima attended Loyola University in Chicago, and the University of North Texas where she studied in Management Information Systems.
As an entrepreneur Salima has enjoyed watching the company grow and provide opportunities for associates and partners in the marketplace. She takes great satisfaction in knowing that DAG is providing critical services with every engagement and understands the magnitude of caring for our client’s critical data. She has is passionate about our track record of success and high client satisfaction ratings.
Salima is the mother of two teenage sons. Outside of DAG she enjoys family gatherings, traveling, reading, and volunteering.

Andy's professional mission is to provide solutions that truly fulfill the needs of businesses. His background uniquely qualifies him for the fulfillment of that mission. He's been involved in IT for over 30 years, with decades of service in various IT leadership positions.
Andy's experience at companies like AT&T and Sears has largely been focused upon application, systems, and data center relocations. At AT&T, he led efforts in developing and streamlining processes for data center consolidations.
Andy co-founded DAG in 2007. And in just a few short years, the company established itself as an industry leader in the field of data center migrations and related services.
With Andy's guidance, DAG has earned a reputation for leveraging technical expertise in the achievement of customers' business needs and goals.

Stoney Gwitira’s vast experience in Storage and Computer System Administration brought him to Data Agility Group as its Vice President of Information Technology. In support of DAG’s philosophy of providing professional specialized storage solutions, Stoney is committed to strengthening the options available to clientele, and works hands-on in a variety of client environments.
Prior to his position with DAG, Stoney worked with AT&T as a Senior Technical Architect in a Storage Planning and Solution Architecture role. During his 12 years with AT&T, Stoney migrated over 500TB and 500+ hosts across multiple Storage array vendors worldwide.
Stoney holds four degrees: a BS in Information Systems, a BS in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington, and two Masters degrees: a MBA and a MIS in Technology and Engineering Management from Dallas Baptist University. Stoney is an active member of the Association of IT Professionals in Dallas, Texas, and volunteers at Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, TX. Stoney is a Dallas resident, but maintains his ties to the Zimbabwe community.

Paul Brown's industry expertise includes pharmaceutical, state and local government, higher education, banking and insurance, healthcare, oil and gas, the gaming industry, financial services, real estate, etc.
As a business-minded technology generalist, Paul offers leadership services to develop, improve or transform IT functional areas, leading the IT organization to delivery upon today’s strategic initiatives in a fashion that is aligned with the trajectory of the Industry.
Paul's strengths as a portfolio manager, change manager, IT Director, architect and/or functional manager for departments (network, storage, virtualization, or security) is invaluable.
DIRECTOR of SALES & MARKETING
Greg Culbertson has a lengthy and successful career in a variety of sales and business development roles for a number of leading IT Services companies. Greg has a passion for working with new clients and shaping solutions that contribute to their success. His experience working closely with sales, marketing and sales operations uniquely qualify him to lead the business development and growth for DAG.
Greg started his career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he was repeatedly recognized as a top performer for his achievements. He has also worked in a variety of sales positions with CSC Consulting, CGI, Perot Systems, CompuCom, and Atos. He has led the sales for value added solutions from smaller engagements to larger, complex, outsourcing solutions that have included both applications as well as infrastructure related services.
In addition to his work Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Lynda, and three adult children. Reading, exercising, and attending sporting events and concerts are listed as activities they enjoy separately and as a family.
